What services do you offer?
We offer multiple Services depending on what you need. Every client is different if you need more than one service then we will create a custom package for you.
What is branding and do I need it?
Branding doesn't need to be complicated. Here at Joy and Key we want to try to help demystify some things including branding.
But the short answer is:
Ask a designer and they will likely always say that you need a brand.
However, if you just need a logo design we build the foundations of a brand into your design.
Then once you're ready to level up you have the foundations built into your logo for a full brand.

If you need more than just a logo design for example, brand marks, patterns or print collateral (design speak for labels, menus, packaging etc.) then you need a branding package.

What do you mean by strategy?
Strategic design is the process of helping your business plan for the future.
In order to best serve you we need to learn about your business's pain points and what your goals are so we can help you solve problems and reach your business goals.
A strategic design will help you to stay ahead of the competition, by knowing what your ideal customers want, solving problems and helping you to make aligned decisions for your businesses future.
How much will it cost to work with you?

If you need a combination of services then our costs will vary depending on how much work needs to be done and what your package is. If you need a custom package get in touch with us through the contact form here. We can then give you a cost.
All costs will be discussed with you and shown in the scope of work which will outline everything, including the terms of the work before we proceed with any payment.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we do offer payment plans. We are a small business too so we understand you may need to pay in instalments.
We will always require 50% upfront, we can then offer you options of payment for the full amount.
This will be agreed upon in your scope of work.

How long will a project take?
Every project is different depending on the complexity the timeline could be between 2-16 weeks.
We don't believe in doing rushed jobs. This is because beneath all the work we do is strategic design to help you succeed past just your launch.

This depends on what you need us to do. We generally work with businesses from the ground up, ensuring they have a strategy built in at every step to give them clarity.
